Meet the Baker

Hi, I’m Jeff. Excited to have you here checking out what Daybake has to offer. This microbakery journey started in early 2025 when I was looking for ways to bake more bread after getting into the craft during covid, and continue to dial in my grasp on the elusive art & science of sourdough and fermentation. Our family could only eat so much bread so I started baking some loaves for the neighborhood which eventually blossomed into Daybake Bread Co., the home-based cottage bakery it is today.
